United State Justice Department Investigates the BPD

After the death of Freddie Gray,  and the many occurrences of injustices brought on by police officers’ excessive use of force and brutality, the United States Justice Department conducted an investigation of the Baltimore Police Department.

Aside from finding that BPD officers make unconstitutional arrests, stops and searches, is basically disconnected from the community, and has failed to “coordinate with other agencies adequately”.
